- Details you enter in the request form: first and last name, phone number, employment status, taxi licence seniority, rental type and selected car.
- Basic technical data: browser type, referring page, campaign parameters (UTM), and your IP address in one-way hashed form to prevent abuse.
- Aggregated usage statistics (such as page views) to improve the site.
Why we use it
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without separate consent.
- To handle your rental request and contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To check eligibility, including against insurance requirements.
- To secure the site and prevent spam.
- To improve our service and site.
Sharing with third parties
Data is stored with the Company's technology providers (site hosting and database, email service) in secure cloud services, including outside Israel (European Union).
Where necessary, and only to the extent required, details may be shared with the insurer to check eligibility, or with authorities where required by law.
Retention and security
Data is kept in a secure database accessible only to authorised Company staff, and for no longer than needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
